For those interested, here’s what my birth details say about me.
My name means:
Elyse - pledged to all.
Amanda - worthy of love.
For many years I was swimming against the current of life, not understanding why I was depressed & why things felt so hard. I was abusing my body in any form I could. Jumping from job to job, I was always thinking the ‘grass is greener on the other side’. After the Universe pushed me out of 2 jobs in a row, I finally decided to step away from the soul-sucking day-to-day loop I’d created for myself & explore the world for 8 months. I didn’t know it back then but South America was calling me. It was on this journey of soul expansion & self-discovery, during my Saturn Return, that I was called to the Peruvian Amazon for a life-changing experience with Ayahuasca (a story for another time). EVERYTHING changed. The veil had been lifted. Nothing was the same anymore.
My heart was cracked wide open. Everything looked & felt different, including me. I became obsessed with knowing all I could about myself, diving deep into ALL aspects of my personality through the lens of Astrology, Human Design & Gene Keys. Through this deep dive into Self, I became aware that my past traumas were calling the shots in life & I was living in my lower expression. This was creating the misery I felt both inside & out. I shone a light into my unconscious & took radical responsibility for all that I do.
Embodying my higher expression, I peeled back the layers step by step. I freed myself through honest reflection, doing the work & embracing my natural rhythm. Through loving awareness, I then created the life I wanted to live, moving beyond unconscious habitual patterns & into aligned intentional action. I became the leader of my own life.
I transformed myself from a girl who didn’t love herself, to an empowered woman who loves every fucking part of herself!
Now, I lead my life with love.
